Frederic de Rougemont has been CEO of USG Boral since February 2014. Previously, he served as CEO of Boral Gypsum Asia since 2009 and spent 20 years at Lafarge in various senior roles, including managing the cement, ready-mix concrete and aggregates businesses in South Africa, the cement business in South Korea, as well as Senior Vice President of Research & Development. Before Lafarge, Mr. de Rougemont was a scientific researcher for the French National Research Centre and a post-doctorate researcher with IBM Research Labs in the USA. He holds a PhD in Physical Sciences from France’s University of Orsay.

Nicholas Zammit has been CFO of USG Boral since May 2019. Previously, he was with Boral Limited for 5 years as Group Controller and Corporate Finance Manager, being responsible for financial reporting, financial planning and analytics, technical accounting compliance and advisory for operations across Australia, Asia and the US. He also spent 11 years with KPMG specialising in audit and advisory services in the Industrial and Consumer Markets sectors.

Mr. Zammit graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Jeff Russart has been Chief Technology Officer of USG Boral since August 2017; overseeing supply chain, operations, engineering/technology, and research/development. He has over 35 years of experience in the building materials industry working for USG Corporation. In the last 12 years he held senior roles at USG as Director of New Business Ventures, Vice President of Manufacturing USG Interiors LLC (Ceilings), and Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing. Mr. Russart also served in a number of industry groups as a member of the Manufacturing Leadership Council, as a member of the Board of Governors for the North American Insulation Manufacturers Association and as an Executive Roundtable Member for LNS Research. Mr. Russart holds a degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.

Tony Charnock has been Senior Vice President of USG Boral Asia Pacific since early 2014. He is responsible for the businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, The Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore. Mr. Charnock also serves as Chairman of Rondo Building Services Pty Ltd and Director of Gypsum Resources Australia Pty Ltd — both of which are joint venture businesses with CSR Limited. Prior to the formation of USG Boral, Mr. Charnock led Boral Plasterboard in Australia for four years and has more than fifteen years of experience in the broader construction industry, including senior leadership roles in Boral’s construction materials business, managing asphalt, concrete, quarry and logistics portfolios. He was responsible for the development of Boral’s construction materials recycling business, led the team responsible for the development of Boral’s Sydney quarry, logistics strategy, as well as the discovery and approval of Peppertree Quarry. Mr. Charnock completed his MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Mining (First Class Honors) from The University of Wollongong and the Australian Institute of Company of Director’s Certificate.

Dan Casey is Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development since March 2019, and oversees the businesses in India and Middle East. Previously, from 2014 to 2019, he was the Senior Vice President of Asia and Middle East responsible for wholly-owned and JV businesses in China, Korea, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam, India and the Middle East. From 2010 to 2014, Mr. Casey served as VP in Business Development and Improvement for both Boral USA and Boral Asia. Before joining Boral, he worked for James Hardie Industries from 2000 to 2009, where Mr. Casey served in several senior level roles including President of Asia and Middle East, as well as Director of European Development. With a career spanning more than 30 years, Mr. Casey has held positions in general management, business development, sales, marketing and manufacturing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University and a Masters in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Linda Wong has been SVP General Counsel of USG Boral since December 2016. Prior to this she was Chief General Counsel of Kimberly Clark Asia Pacific. She also served in various Regional General Counsel roles with Unilever. She has close to 30 years of corporate commercial experience. Her vast corporate experience span from Asia Pacific to Central Eastern Europe, Africa and Middle East.

She started her career in United Kingdom in private practice before joining Unilever in the london head quarters and later moved to Singapore with regional management. She holds Bachelors and Masters of Laws from University of London and is called to the Bar in England and Wales.

Chris Rosenthal has been the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, USG Boral since August 2017. Previously he served in many roles with USG Corporation, including Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Building Systems and L&W Supply Corporation, Senior Director, HR Operations, USG Corporation, Director, Organizational Development and Workforce Diversity; and Director, Employment and Recruitment Services, USG Corporation. He also worked in various human resources assignments at three of USG’s manufacturing locations. His last assignment was Senior Vice President, Human Resources, USG Corporation based in Chicago, Illinois, where he had accountability for HR Operations, Compensation/Benefits and Administration, and Talent Management and Diversity. Mr. Rosenthal graduated from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science degree in human resources and labor law.

Tomoo Enomoto is Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales Excellence of USG Boral. Prior to this, Tomoo served as Vice President, Category Management since March 2017. Before joining USG Boral, Mr Enomoto was the Vice President, Marketing and Commercialisation, Asia Power Tools and Consumer Products, Greater China, North East Asia, and South East Asia. He has spent more than 20 years in Stanley Black and Decker, and has held several positions including Director, Professional Power Tools, Asia and Pacific where he was responsible for Greater China, Korea, Taiwan, Japan, South East Asia, India, Australia and New Zealand, Turkey and Russia, as well as Head of Asia Service and Quality Department, and Group Product Manager Asia. Mr Enomoto holds a MBA from the United States, and a Bachelor of Economics from Japan.

Susan Yeom is the Senior Vice President of Asia since March 2019. She has direct oversight and responsibility for wholly-owned and JV businesses in China, Korea, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam. Prior to this, Ms. Yeom served as the General Manager of USG Boral Korea since joining USG Boral in January 2014.

Before USG Boral, Ms. Yeom was General Manager of the Korean business for Hilti Group, which culminates a 15-year career where she held several leadership positions including Head of Controlling for the European region covering 16 countries and sales in the US. With a career spanning more than 25 years, Ms. Yeom worked in a variety of industry sectors including agriculture, premium brand goods, healthcare and construction. In the construction sector, she is experienced in finance, marketing and general management. She holds an MBA from Helsinki School of Economics, and a second Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University.
