Clip-in Metal Ceiling by USG ME is a high quality aluminum alloy and metal ceiling system that increase the aesthetic and functional value of your interiors and exteriors within a modest ceiling budget. Our superior quality Clip-in metal ceiling products are available in different perforation patterns and paint options to meet the different requirements of architect specification design. The Clip-in system is designed to be installed on the USG Spring Tee ceiling suspensions.

  • Clip-in Metal Ceiling by USG ME meets the requirements in accordance with ASTM C635, ASTM C636, ASTM E119, ASTM C423 and ASTM E84.
  • Thickness: 0.6 to 1.4mm
  • Size: 300*300mm, 300*1200mm, 300*1500mm, 600*600mm, 600*1200mm, 1200*1200mm
  • Edge Detail Trim: Concealed [Beveled]
  • Noise Reduction Coefficient [NRC]: Plain: [N/A], Perforated: [0.45 – 0.9]
  • Light Reflectance Coefficient [LR]: Based on the finish color, Up-to LR-1
  • Color: Standard colors are RAL 9016, RAL9006 and RAL9010. Other RAL colors are available upon request. Wooden patterns are available upon request
  • Fire Performance: Fire rated designed class A as per ASTM E84
  • Infill: Plain, Acoustical Fleece, Acoustical Fleece and Glass Wool, Acoustical Fleece and Mineral Fiber
  • Washability / Scrubbability as per ASTM D4828 & D2486: Exceeds 1000 Wash/Scrub Cycles without surface break or the extent of abrasion
